The Story
Like many small health systems, Anderson Healthcare faced significant challenges managing its privacy incidents and business associate agreements. Their processes were largely manual, leading to inefficient workflows and preventing more proactive, preventative measures.
When Ashley Brown, RHIA, became the Director of compliance and Privacy at Anderson, she was already familiar with CompliancePro Solutions and founder, Kelly McLendon.
